Due to the Covid-19 situation and the need for social distancing, many of the local events have been cancelled or rescheduled.

Byron Shire markets are paused until further notice.

Normally there would have been the Byron Bay Community Market this coming Sunday. This is now CANCELLED, as are all other local markets.

The other local events that are paused or rescheduled are:

  • Byron Writers Festival – returning in 2021
  • Byron Bay Triathlon – cancelled for May but looking at rescheduling the dates, stay tuned.

  • Love Lennox Festival – postponed, stay tuned for future dates
  • Byron Bay Ocean Swim Classic – returning in 2021
  • Mullum to Brunswick Paddle – postponed until 20th September 2020
  • Splendour In The Grass – rescheduled to 23-35th October 2020

Any other local events at later dates in the year are currently still going ahead, but stay tuned as things may change – or contact the events directly nearer the time.

We will post any updates on this blog as they come in.
