Set in the middle of Jonson Street (main street) in Byron Bay, this evening market has colourful stalls of local created arts and crafts, jewellery and food. A pleasant market to browse on a warm summers’ evening.

Bangalow Market

The Bangalow Market Day is a treat for day trippers, locals and tourists alike. With hundreds of stalls selling gifts, arts & crafts, fashion, jewellery, furniture, plants, local produce, toys and much more! You’re bound to find a present or two here.

Part of the continuing success of the market is the beautiful grounds the markets are held in, which are dominated by eleven huge camphor laurel trees which provide welcome shade and rustling leaves and a magic forest atmosphere.

Ballina Missingham Farmers Market

Ok, so maybe not for presents but perhaps so lovely fresh local produce for your Christmas dinner?

Ballina Missingham Farmers Market is on every Sunday. They are the best way to do your weekly shop – buying fresh fruit, vegetables, and other produce directly from the grower.

At Farmers Markets and organic markets, customers can talk to the farmer directly about the produce and farming methods. Some farmers markets are incorporated into weekend markets, but usually there are regular separate week day stalls and stands at various locations throughout the region.
