Saturday 1st June

Love Lennox Festival

Annual festival showcasing local food and businesses at this popular coastal town.  A fun family day out includes dog competitions, ‘ A Taste of Lennox’ – try yummy local food tasters and vote for your favourite. Car show and shine, surfing and surfboard swap and sell. Lennox Wedding fair will also give you inspiration for any upcoming nuptials in the area.

There will be market stalls, entertainment, street parades and lots of fun.

All day event – Lennox Head main street and surround areas (Community centre, beach front)

Sunday 2nd June

Byron Bay Community Market

Byron Bay Community Market is held on the first Sunday of each month, with additional markets held on the third Sunday of December and January.

Byron Community Markets are a fanfare of colour and music amidst a myriad of exotic flavours and other products. Local art and craftwork fill the market site – beautiful things made by people using unusual and natural materials sit side by side with colourful imports from Africa and Asia. With the diversity of over 300 stalls, there is something for everyone.

Saturday 8th June

Old and Gold Festival – Brusnwick Heads

The beloved, award-winning Old & Gold Festival is just around the corner on SATURDAY 8 JUNE (JUNE LONG WEEKEND) in Brunswick Heads. There are three large Fairs to browse, music, vintage caravan display, recycled cubby houses, recycled pallets, amazing food, fundraising bbqs, stalls of all shapes and sizes, Chill out zone for adults and kids at the Brunswick Picture House, the Lucky Penny prize wheel at the Memorial Hall entry, devonshire teas at the Girl Guides hall, plus some awesome raffles at the Vintage & Collectables Fair (Memorial Hall).

Ballina Craft Beer, Spirits & Food Truck Festival

Showcasing 13 different breweries and distilleries with over 50 beverages to choose from including limited release brews and cocktails, add to the mix 20 of the finest street food vendors selling world food and some huge live music acts from big names Fergo & The Burden, Jerome Williams & Jabiru.

Sunday 9th June

Byron Bay Wedding Fair

Don’t miss your once-a-year opportunity on Sunday the 9th of June (NSW & VIC long weekend) to scope out Byron Bay’s most exclusive properties in search of your perfect wedding venue, whilst meeting the region’s very best vendors and suppliers along the way.

Saturday 22nd June

Lismore Lantern Parade

On the weekend of 22-23 June, the Lismore Lantern Parade will offer the most diverse line-up of art and entertainment in the event’s history and our most epic Fiery Finale at the Quad. The theme for 2019 reflects the hundreds of ‘Rivers of Light’ created by LightnUp’s lanterns across Australia over the past 25 years. Just as each tributary stretches to the farthest reaches of the land, it is invited to now return to its source, to celebrate this milestone anniversary. There will be so many wonderful things to see and do for the whole family and there will be some very special, new ticketed events. Get in early, book now and make a weekend of it!
